Checking-In and Checking-Out
• CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 pm – CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 am
• Early check-in and Late check-out can be arranged in advanced when available. May be subject to additional charges.
• Check-out time can be extended to 7:00 PM for half of the nightly rate, after 7:00 PM a full night is charged.

1. 2 Bedroom Cottage (sleeps 4 people) $200.00
2. 2 Bedroom Cottage (sleeps 6 people) $250.00

We Offer 2 Different 3 Bedroom Cottages
1. 3 Bedroom Cottage (Sleeps 8 people) $300.00
2. 3 Bedroom Cottage (Sleeps 6 people) $400.00 (newly renovated; Private right on the water)

Group Rates
• All cottage rentals max 25 people $50/person/night
Weekly Rates (7 days – 6 Nights)

Holiday Weekends
• 3 Nights Minimum
• Extra guests $50 per person per night.
Damage Deposits
• The amount due is 50% of your booking rate.
• Deposits are due upon booking and can be paid in advance via email bank transfer from your online banking to ours cash or cheque.
• Cash payments for your deposit can be accepted on site.
• Deposits are fully refunded once the cottage is left in the condition in which you found it.
Additional Guests
• The cottages and its facilities are available for the enjoyment and pleasure of our registered guests. We insist that overnight and day guests be registered and booked in advance.
• Extra guests will be an additional $50 per night.
Parking
• One parking spot is included in your cottage rental. Additional cars are $10/night.
Boats
• Boats on trailers can also be parked on the property for the duration of your stay for a flat fee of $20.
Pets
• Pets are welcome.
• Please be mindful of those who are fearful of animals or allergies, pets must be leashed at all times and owners must respect the poop and scoop practice.
• Continuous barking will not be tolerated and if not stopped, you may be asked to remove the dog or vacate the cottage. Arrangements for pets must be made prior to reservation.
• Any damages resulting from pets will result in a deduction in your deposit.
Prices listed do not include tax of 13%. Prices are subject to change. Paid reservations will not change.
